Health Coaches is a state-of-the-art, private fitness facility where all clients work one-on-one with certified personal trainers.

We're called Health Coaches because our emphasis is on helping you preserve and optimize your health. Our goal is to provide a superior, safe, customized health and fitness regimen, devised by the area's best-trained, most respected trainers.

If your goals are as ambitious as training for a marathon or as modest as regaining flexibility, whether you need injury rehabilitation or sports-specific training, Health Coaches will help you achieve results.

In a private consultation, you and your Health Coaches trainer will analyze your lifestyle, your exercise and medical history, diet and nutrition concerns and your specific goals and objectives. Based on this information, your trainer will devise a program that is yours alone. We don't work from a template. You are unique, and your Health Coaches program is uniquely yours.

Regardless of age, body type or fitness level, you will benefit from a customized program at Health Coaches. We offer weight training, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility training, exercise for home or travel, stress management techniques, nutrition and wellness counseling - all tailored to your needs.

Health Coaches is a private gym, with no waiting for a machine or equipment, so you will spend all of your time working with your trainer.

Health Coaches personal trainers have the right credentials. All trainers are college graduates. They are highly educated experts in the fields of exercise physiology, nutrition and the psychology of motivation. Our clients receive the benefit of that education, experience and dedication.

Effective – workouts with Jon Allen were always effective. Adult onset polio, weight gain and age had taken their toll on my physical well-being. Walking through airports or even just a day of shopping was hard for me. So originally I signed up for 10 sessions with Jon to work on walking with greater ease and to be stronger.
