Massage Therapy...

Do your muscles ever feel sore or fatigued after a workout?
Do you wish you had greater flexibility? Massage Therapy can help you get the most out of your exercise
routine.

Receiving a massage is a great opportunity to take time to notice areas of tightness in your body. Developing a better awareness of how your body feels can help you adjust your fitness routine to avoid injury.

Massage therapy can help…
• Speed recovery time between workouts
• Decrease muscle tension
• Reduce inflammation and swelling

Promote better sleep patterns
• Calm the nervous system
• Improve postural habits

Massage therapy increases circulation helping to flush out the waste products that can accumulate in your muscle tissue after exercise. A fresh supply of nutrients and oxygen is just what your muscles need to repair themselves. By making massage a regular part of your life you can experience the ongoing, cumulative effects of decreased stress and tension and a greater sense of wellbeing.

Onsite Chair Massage...

Our well-trained massage therapist will come to your workplace with a portable massage chair. The space required to offer this service is minimal, a conference room, break room, or even a quiet corner will work. Each massage lasts from 10-20 minutes and the employee remains fully clothed. Acupressure and Swedish techniques are applied to the neck, shoulders, back, arms, and hands. The therapist will adapt the massage to meet the needs of the individual. The results of chair massage are immediate including increased productivity and improved employee morale. In these competitive times of deadlines and rapidly changing technology, the need for a quick ‘stress buster’ massage is becoming increasingly important.

What Health Coaches massage clients say about us...

“I am very pleased with the quality of massage and bodywork that I have received from Health Coaches. Since I am currently studying the healing arts myself, it is very beneficial for me to experience the work of someone with this skill and devotion”

Alea Birbeck, Student

“I have been receiving deep tissue massage from Crystal for the last four months for my chronic upper back and neck pain that I have had for eight years. Compared to the other six massage therapists I have tried, Crystal is able to go deeper into my muscles than anyone ever has. During my sessions she always seems to know just what spots to hit, but keeps the muscles guessing by not always doing the same old boring routine. I really appreciate that she customizes her massages to meet my individual needs. She also takes a personal interest in her client’s health and well being by suggesting relaxation techniques, stretches, and alternative therapies that might help with the pain and healing process. Since I have started seeing Crystal I have noticed a reduction in pain, tension, and tightness, and an increased range of motion. My friends and family have also noticed a dramatic change in my mood and personality. I am happier, less stressed, sleep better, and am able to let go more easily. Crystal is an amazing massage therapist and person. I recommend her to everyone!”

Tanya Casteel, Potter

“I have been a massage recipient for years and now as a practitioner myself, I’m very particular in choosing a massage therapist. Health Coaches massage therapists are very knowledgeable and tuned into their clients. They have great awareness and really know how to promote healing from within. Professional and thorough, I would recommend Health Coaches to anyone seeking results oriented massage.”
