Health Coaches is conveniently located at 17 Free Street, in the heart of downtown Portland, Maine, only steps from both the Old Port and Congress Street areas. We are neighbors to many of the city's business and financial centers.

We have 2,400 square feet of newly constructed, comfortable, immaculately clean space. Separate men's and women's changing rooms have shower and toilet facilities, hair dryers and other amenities.

Health Coaches selects only the best training tools. Cardiovascular equipment includes state-of-the-art treadmills, elliptical trainers and exercise bikes. For muscular strength and conditioning, we use Cybex brand strength equipment. In addition, Health Coaches has the latest in functional and core strength equipment, from balance and agility tools to stability balls.
